Join us for an inspiring evening at The New School’s Kellen Auditorium as the New York chapter of the “We Are One #Iran Short Film Festival” unfolds. In an unprecedented partnership, The Bridge and Tunnel joins forces with The New School’s New University in Exile Consortium to showcase a curated selection of 7-10 short films by female Iranian filmmakers. The screening will be complemented by an insightful panel discussion with film experts, echoing the voices of Iranian women in their quest for equality and rights as depicted through the powerful medium of film.

Join us for a cinematic journey with Revolution on Canvas, a profound exploration by Sara Nodjoumi and co-director Till Schauder. This hybrid political thriller and verité portrait delves deep into the enigma of over 100 “treasonous” paintings by the iconic Iranian artist Nickzad “Nicky” Nodjoumi. It’s a personal story, a directorial debut that promises to leave you spellbound.
